Each workout is tailored for six levels of skill.
The team is divided into six groups by speed. These groups are ordered by increasing speed.
Every Monday, the groups move two lanes to the right, allowing each group a wall lane (where the coaches can offer more personal attention) for one week out of every three.
Lanes 2 and 5 are responsible for pulling the outside pool covers after the workout. All lanes are expected to help pull the covers down the middle lane.
