Workout Schedule

The team has coached workouts every day of the week and maintains the following schedule for non-holiday workouts.

The full schedule, including which coach is leading the workout, is available on Zen Planner for registered members.

Monday

  • Morning:  5:30am - 6:30am

  • Evening:  7pm - 8pm
     

Tuesday

  • Morning:  5:30am - 6:30am, 6:30am - 7:30am

  • Evening:  7pm - 8pm
     

Wednesday

  • Morning:  5:30am - 6:30am

  • Evening:  7pm - 8pm
     

Thursday

  • Morning:  5:30am - 6:30am, 6:30am - 7:30am

  • Evening:  7pm - 8:30pm

 

Friday

  • Morning:  5:30am - 6:30am, 6:30am - 7:30am

  • Evening:  7pm - 8:30pm

 

Saturday & Sunday

  • Morning:  7:30am - 9am, 9am - 10:30am

During holidays the team will often use the weekend workout schedule based on pool and coach availability.  Information on workouts during holidays is available in Zen Planner.
