Thursday evening, 7:00 - 8:30.

Mid-distance freestyle, with Head Coach Karin Hurley.

Workouts concentrate on the difficult pacing of the 200 yard freestyle event. Pull buoys and paddles are encouraged in some sets for upper-body conditioning.


Temescal Masters offers 9 workout sessions per week:

Note: For morning workouts, the following lanes are asked to arrive at 5:20 AM to help take the covers off the pool:

Monday: Tortugas and Humpbacks
Wednesdays: Orcas and Dolphins
Fridays: Otters and Sharks
